*~My name is Katie and I'm 22 years old.
~*I'm weird, a bit dorky, and at times, extremely morbid.
*~I'm drawn to all things unusual and violently repelled by all things unoriginal. In order to hold my interest, something either has to appeal to my dark side, or have some kind of supernatural element to it.
~*Halloween is my absolute favorite thing in the world. That's probably why I turned out the way I did. :-)
*~I have an extremely over-active imagination and have been writing stories since I was six years old. Believe me when I say, I could write about anything.
~*Tim Burton is my God. ;-)
ABOUT MY JOURNAL
*~If you care enough to go back into my archives, disregard the really early stuff. I'm not that person anymore. Essentially, I never was.
~*I complain. A lot. And sometimes I dwell on things. If I need to get something off my chest, I will write about it here, even if I already wrote about it the day before. I don’t repress emotions well. Deal with it.
*~Sometimes I’m very cryptic. I don’t go into deep detail about my personal life, but if I need to let out something about it, I’ll do it in a round-about way that you probably won’t understand.
~*I mostly talk about work, with a few reviews of books or movies or whatever sprinkled throughout. I’m also known for my random nostalgic moods, and I may go on about a missed memory for a few paragraphs. I also enjoy browsing YouTube, so videos I find funny or note-worthy pop up from time to time.
*~If you’re curious at all about my dolls, or just my thoughts on dolls in general, I have a separate journal for that. Sadly, I don’t have a lot of time to devote to it, but I do update it. And, sporadic as they may be, I think my pic-fics are pretty cute. :-)
~*Some of my userpics were found on random icon websites. If you deserve credit for one of them or know who does, feel free to let me know.
